28 years I have been involved in relevant construction projects,
both
in my country and abroad, covering a wide range of
responsibilities,
from site supervising and design, to senior
management
positions, project management and consulting. I have a 15+
years
of experience in working abroad and a relevant expertise in what
concerns
the specific technical and organizatorical issues in various
regions
of the world : Middle East, C.I.S., Africa. Many of the
significant
projects I was involved in were governmental or supported
by
international financial organizations.
For
the time being I am shareholder and manager of a private capital
company
specialized in consulting, design, project management and
general
contracting for civil engineering works. The company
participated
in several projects in Romania, such as: roads &
highways,
water supplying and water management, design of civil
works,
etc.
I
am a very dynamic person, able to act in difficult environments

in Windows based programs ( especially MS Office and Program

) and I speak / read / write in English , French and German. I
